Available only for parents of UC Berkeley students, purchase a series of room nights in advance and use them at your leisure over the next five years. - Advance purchase of 10 – 25 rooms nights at one set price
- Guaranteed room rate for the next four years of visits, except on Premium Dates (see note below)
- Use over the next 48 months as single room nights or combined to make a longer stay
- At the end of the 4year term, have an additional year to use any remaining nights
- Share your nights with other family members
- Apply your room night to Premium Dates and only pay the difference between your Cal Parent’s Passport (CPP) rate and the posted rate.
- For example: CPP rate = $329, Homecoming posted rate is $450, apply your CPP rate and pay only the additional $121 for this night
- A list of the Premium Dates would be sent to you as soon as provided by the University each year. Premium Dates are defined as:
- Move-in Weekend
- Homecoming/Parents’ Weekend
- Graduation Weekend
- Football Home Game Weekends
- Complimentary self-parking ($25 value)
- 10% off of food and non-alcoholic beverages at any of our outlets including in room dining (applicable to parties of 6 or less)
- Priority access to booking rooms over any Premium Dates
- Dedicated contact to book reservations
Daily Resort Fee of $50 + tax per night applies and includes Wi-Fi, full use of Club facilities, 3 hours of child care daily and more. Full list of inclusions provided on request.
