Blanco Tequila
Cocktail: Diablo Blanco – a refreshing mix of blanco tequila, lime juice, cassis liqueur, and ginger beer, garnished with a lime wheel in a Collins glass.

LA Fruit Stand: Jicama, cucumber, pineapple, watermelon, mango, with Tajín and chamoy.
Heirloom Tomato Salad: Avocado, cilantro, shallots, with a tequila lime vinaigrette.
