Price: $175 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $115 per person (tax and gratuity not included).

- Buttermilk Fried Quail – Caviar crème fraîche, sweet potato hot sauce
- Pan Roasted Pacific Striped Bass – Escovitch sauce, Hoppin’ John
