F.I.T Yard Bootcamp

F.I.T Yard Bootcamp this February! Every Tuesday and Thursday, we’ll be hosting a high-energy, 50-minutes workout designed to challenge your body and boost your fitness levels.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this bootcamp is tailored to help you improve strength, endurance, and flexibility while having fun. Our fitness trainer Gerson will guide you through a series of dynamic exercises, providing modifications to ensure everyone gets the most out of the class. Set your fitness goals and make progress throughout the month—come for the fun, stay for the results!

Date: Every Tuesday Thursday in February

Time: 11:00am – 12:0opm

Cost: $60 pers session*

Location: The Club F.I.T Yard

Members only.

*Min of 4 registrations required. Full billing will apply to cancellations received less than 5 days in advance.
