Chair Yoga Deborah Sopko

Using a chair for stability, participants will be guided through a series of seated and standing poses designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance balance.

About Deborah Sopko

Deborah has been in the Health & Wellness industry for over 3 decades . She has E-RYT 250 hours of training and certified through International Yoga Alliance Continuing Education and holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology , and a graduate degree in Health Services. She recently retired from The Permanente Medical Group at Kaiser.

Deborah loves to help her students flourish at every stage of their lives through body awareness ,conscious use of breath, grace , and music . Her hope is to engage, educate , inspire and empower  her students to feel happily situated in their bodies safely and be able to express themselves through the joy of movement.
